Description
Surveillance Gaze
Original sculpture, assemblage, and collage artwork on wood panel.
Size about :10″x 10″ x 4″
Who’s watching who? Add an eerie, thought-provoking piece to your space with this handmade assemblage art sculpture! A realistic, hand-sculpted clay eyeball, complete with a glossy green iris and long lashes, emerges from the front of a repurposed false security camera, blending human observation with artificial surveillance. The entire piece is mounted onto a collaged wooden panel, textured and painted to resemble raw concrete, adding to its industrial, dystopian aesthetic. A mix of surveillance culture and surrealism, this sculpture challenges the concept of privacy, paranoia, and modern society’s obsession with being watched.
